Justin Evans – President
Justin Evans is an entrepreneur with a business degree from ETSU. He started JSE Communications, your local authorized HughesNet retailer, back in 2007 and is sole owner of the company. As acting President, Justin strategizes, manages the direction, and handles financial aspects of the company. With the help of his team, he has grown the company to cover Eastern Tennessee, Western North Carolina, Western Virginia and the PeeDee region of South Carolina (along with a couple bordering North Carolina counties in that area).
Josh Trentham – Office Manager and Inventory Manager
At JSE Communications we take pride in providing incredible customer service. Josh Trentham, our office manager, helps supervise our certified technicians and makes sure jobs are scheduled on a timely manner. Josh’s main job is the warehouse; taking inventory, making sure our highly trained technicians have the latest HughesNet equipment and materials needed for installations. Outside of that, Josh also handles scheduling and customer services calls.
Chris Ferry – Appointment Coordinator and Hiring Manager
At JSE Communications, your local authorized HughesNet retailer, we have an outstanding appointment coordinator in Chris Ferry. Chris calls all customers to confirm their appointments, whether this is getting set up with a new HughesNet system or getting one repaired. He also works closely with the sales department getting dates for installations and helping with any questions they may have. He is very skillful in the way he handles routing for appointments and taking care of customer’s needs.
Philip Georges – Sales Manager and Customer Service
Philip Georges is our sales manager at JSE Communications, your local authorized HughesNet retailer. Philip supervises over the sales representatives and marketing. Marketing includes yards signs, website, referral program, and our mailers. Sales can be a pretty demanding job and Philip makes sure that the spirits of everyone are always upbeat and focused.
